In February 2019 three members of the Swedish board visited Nairobi and Kibera Children Education centre in Kibera. Marta, Kajsa and Karina stayed for 10 days and met with the staff to follow up on the centre and the sponsored children. The centre was in good shape with green plants on the outside. We could provide the centre with a television set and three new laptops given by MOVE Management. They will come in good use for the 30-40 children and young people who visit the centre daily. Snaida, working at the centre, will give computer classes and they can also use the computers for school work. All in all it was a very good visit and we felt that we could discuss lots of issues with the staff and continue the good work at the centre.
